Best way to resolve this is don't buy the booster packs. A lot of companies want to go the milk your wallet slowly mentality (VALVE=HL2). I personally am not buying into it. What they used to give for free they want you to now pay for it. Its the dummies that buy it that are ruining it for everyone.

Don't like it don't buy it. Limited to no sales is the only way they'll get the message. There's tons of games out there you don't have to stick to one exclusive game.

Get over it, if you want free mods, there's plenty coming.

And on that note, it isn't a MOD, it's a booster (mini expansion). They aren't modifying the game to be something else, they are adding content to it.

I agree, I feel they just need to concentrate on the next Battlefield game, the mod makers are adding plenty of "content". I will sign even though I do not feel it will change anything. The best way to protest is to not to buy the packs. I am thankfull for the game, but I am sick of the mixing of players who buy into the packs and those who did not. There should be separate servers for those players who buy all the extras, leave vanilla players out of it, dont rub it in our face every 2 seconds by reminding us there are weapons and maps that we cant have unless we pony up.

What I don't understand is...if EA came out with a new BF game, everyone would be on it like stink on sh1t, but when they add content to an existing game, as a matter of fact the same amount as the original percapita for less money, then everyone has a hissy fit. What gives? When is reality going to hit this people in the face and say wake up.

It costs 10$ to go see a 2hr movie. The booster packs are selling for 10$ and they will give you much more then 2hrs worth of entertainement. Im not signing your useless petition.

i payed $90 AUSD for the game and bf2SF costs $50 AUSD and booster packs cost $30 AUSD
well all that together adds up
if i bought all of that. it would be $200 in total. ffs **** u ea!!

Wow, i live in australia aswell and god knows where you are buying from. BF2 cost me $80 5-6 months ago, SF cost $34 buying online from EA, and the boosters will cost $13 each.

I do believe $50 per copy of vanilla BF2, plus the insanely high ranked server prices MORE than covers that. The rest is greed, or lack of ability from EA to trim the fat from it's own budget.
