Patch.err update ( Files not existing ) HELP!

I reinstalled BF2 and put the new 1.12 patch in... I saw the error log, opened it and this is waht I found....

All the ones that are not in the localization folder look pretty important and are probobly the causes for the crashing to desktop ive been having.... I need some help!
