Are the crosshairs for RPG-7 + m24 supposd to be red?

I just got Special Forces last weekend, and I for some reason the crosshairs for the RPG-7 and m24 (brits) are red. Is this supposd to be like this? They also don't look very clean around the edges, the red goes past where it is supposd to be.

    EDIT:
I mean the crosshairs when you "zoom in", you know, when you press right click.

Yea mine are like that too, I tested it and for some reason what ever color your crosshair is it sets it that color in the scope also, the m95 and other snipers too.

Really? My m95 is red, the thicker part is black but then when it gets thinner it turns red, o well I like it that way anyway

Theres a "special" scope system which is used in night maps..
