Whens the patch out? probly before the Euro booster right?

yeah, thers probly been 35 000 threads with the same title, but i cant find one in the front page so i could care less.

whens the 1.2 patch out, and does anybody here know what the 2 new unlocks are?

i would hope that the anti tank unlock would be the 25 mm antimaterial rifle made by barrett, but oh well itll prbly just be some lame shotgun.

and as for snipers... i hate those guys almost as much as tank and helicopter campers! they basically just camp areas from a distance anyway, and remember, if you ever snipe me in BF2 ill knife you eventually !

just wondering. also, whats that non euro booster one? the one armored core or something, with tanks? coming out after the european one i think.

Hmm do you have a link to this? I really doubt it iwll be release before the Booster pack, Euro Forces, remember 1.12 was release when Special Forces was release.

ahh! ea games horrible black and blue forums hurt my eyes! when will they learn how to not contrast evil colors! heh just kidding.

however, there is one thing i would like for an unlock, and that is the M14 assault rifle for assault unlock.

really, the navy seals use the thing, and it is amazing, anything from a sniper variant to the standard that will go through bunkers, just about any cover mohammad and his forces of scumbekistan can find.

How can the G3 be both "much smaller" and "larger" than the MP5? And in comparison to the M16 and AK-101, the G3 is more accurate, has a longer range, and has more penetration power.

I find it funny that you sing the high praises of the M14 but put down the G3. The M14 and G3 are conceptually pretty similar; they were both developed in the post-WWII era by their countries as long-barreled 7.62x51mm assault rifles. I don't see how you can be so lovey over the M14 and absolutely hate the G3.

heh, i meant that the G3 is much smaller than the M14, and just a bigger MP5.

yes, they are similar, in caliber and era, but the M14 packs far greater accuracy and power at range.

the G3 is probably more powerful than an M16 due to its larger caliber, yet like the AK 47 it is DEFINITELY much more inaccurate at range, and would be useless at ranges that the M16 can still be very effective at.

I dont hate the G3, but the M14 is far better, and would have been more appropriate with Special forces, considering how the SEALS prefer it so much. they would only use the G3 if they were in a european theatre and found it on an enemy, out of ammunition for their own weapons, which would be very very rare.

I'm almost certain the G3 has a longer effective range than the M16, so I went to wikipedia.org to get some statistics. Funny thing is it says the M16 has a longer effective range than either the M14 or the G3. Damn wiki.

Why? There has been no word that it will be release before the booster pack. In the Patch 1.2 interview they said two week which would put it at the time of Euro Forces is release. Do you have a link?
