Wanted to know if you can create a macro that allows you to leave a squad or is their some way you can.

You mean other than opening up the squad screen and clicking on "Leave?"

Yeah......... press enter, switch to squads. Than there is a button above your squad that says "LEAVE" it is in exactly the same location of the button that said "JOIN" b4 you got into the squad.

Shoot all your other squad members, especially the squad leader, magically you'll be set free in no time :p

heh..Mabey we all mis-understood this guy.

Mabey he has a squad tag on his name which he made part of his username, and is asking if it's possible to remove only that portion of his name. Answer is no.

But then again...he could really be one un-bright guy..

I think alternativly hes asking if there is a single button you can press to leave a squad rather than get shot whilst faffing about with the squad screen, it would be a useful button for those of us who except those invitations to the squad on the hill (when your playing engineer). I am also dim so there probably is a button, just i cant say ive noticed it.

Well if that is the case than i believe that there is one in the controls section. I know i saw a "create squad button" which is insert by default.

there's a button that only allows u to create a new squad or join a random squad if maximum number of squads has been reached, which is "Insert" key. You can try it and see if it works for leaving a squad, however I dont remember it does.
