        hey guys, i need some clarification. i've unlocked my tier 2 weapon for the medic (L85). i just got promoted to sargeant but when i log on, it gives me a choice of only the remaining tier 2 weapons from BF2. what i want is the tier 3 unlock (g36e).

        i have SF by the way.

        my question is..do i need to rank up in SF and unlock the g36e there to use the unlock in BF2:vanilla?
