hmm what patch are you talking about ... 1.12 (280mb) ? It takes me little time to run after I clicked.
IF it doesnt work, just try to re-download it.
btw, you have to install the 1.03 patch and SF (if you have it) before installing the 1.12. -

When you click it, it will take a while for anything to show up. I tried to install on my brothers ferarri laptop but gave up because it would have taken 3 hours or so. It's a horrible patch, very sloppy in the making. Just double click the patch and leave your pc, on, if nothing happens, get another copy.Comment

lol. that sucks for you that you have dled ANd installed both the patches everytime.lol takes like 1-2 hours for the patches depending where you are in relation with the Dling server.Comment

Just remember this............
To update your client it's essential that you follow one of these routines:
Install Special Forces -> Install v1.12 Patch -> Play Online
OR
Install BF2 -> Install v1.12 Patch -> Play Online
OR
Install BF2 -> Install v1.12 Patch -> Install Special Forces -> Install v1.12 Patch -> Play OnlineComment
