I urge you to retaliate on all intentional teamkillers

Retaliating against morons who intentionally teamkill, especially the ones who do it for vehicles, is the only way to stop them from repeating their transgressions again and again.

I just left a game where some nitwit tk'd me for a chopper. I hunted him down and killed him 4 times before he left.

It's the only way to get it into their heads. Don't be weak and let them do it to you. I see this vehicle teamkilling over and over and it makes me sick.

First of all NOT. I am not going to lose pts for some nimbwit. On wake island 2007 some bone head was killing his own team mates and placed c-4 on helicopters and planes and waited for them to fly away and Kaboom. That's dumb. I killed him once(I think) but that was enough, there should be a way to kick someone off like that.
On karkand, when I acciendently kick too many TK or damages, I get booted off. Most of the time it's from the tanks or C-4. Three team kills and your off.

I killed a teamkiller that had killed me 3 times. I got banned and so did he the same time? lol i'm still banned from a server i really like because of that :)

I think you did not introduce the subject to the people in the best way. When you say "retaliation" people get turned off. I call it punishment/lesson.

You also do not need to teamkill him to annoy him. You can do a lot of thing other than teamkilling him, but make it clear to him why you are doing that.

I had a similar situation with one of those guys, Irvine_kinneas. We made his life in every game like a $#%@% without killing him. He later stopped using that account after following him in every game for about a week. I think he either created a new account or stopped playing the game.

I always say that those teammates waiting for a chopper to spawn are more dangerous than the enemy. They kill you when you do not expect it. That is why I hate to go for choppers and prefer my DAO/G3.

If they really do it intentionally... I usually make them TK me over and over.... untill they get kicked

Say what you will about being punished by n00b teammates when they run into your claymore and such, but I'd certainly prefer that than having to deal with griefers that TK their whole team just to be asses. Simple, 3 or 4 (I forget which) TK punishes and you're gone. No need for anyone to retaliate, no votekicking necessary. 4 TKs and yer out. The system is far from perfect, I agree, but I certainly prefer it over the alternative.

Sadly, I do anything to thoose idiots..I do not wanna lose the points, i do not wanna stoop to their level and i do not wanna have the kills count agginst me..SO I LEAVE! Actually first I try to kick them/ask admin to kick them..If that doesnt fly I leave..

I have however seen a pretty funny solutions...There was this guy that was tking everyone on his team..especially me..i was his squad leader and he kept spawning on me and killing me..I would not fight back and he would not stop chasing me..i just ran and ran...Finally he got an apc and got sick of hunting me cause I would hide..So he kept killing everyone..LIKE EVERYONE...I guess he really ****ed of this one clan and they killed him..Then the other guy in the clan would revive him..Then they would kill him again..over and over again..Basicaly stat padding but without the actual padding cause they were getting negative points (except the medic)..What this did was freeze that b@stard and he could not spawn or anything..He was stuck..being killed and revived..it was pretty funny..I think he left after a while of that.

The moral is leave..let them get booted and do not let it effect you..Or create a new account and hunt them..That is something I might do if somebody really got under my skin!

Leaving when someone teamkills you intentionally is very wrong. It just encourages this behaviour.
I have an account The_Idiots_Police to hunt those idiots. All of my other clanmates have similar accounts: BF2Police BF2_Admin_Of_Justice .... and more

if someone teamkills one of us intentionally we make his life very misrable. The only choices for him are either to quit playing the game or create a new account... or apologize in a public forum and promise not to do it again (which is usually very unlikely).

Nah dont kill him.. Just follow him around until he gets in a vehicle, then run in front of him and punish !

That's exactly what I do. TK me for a jet? Well you're gonna have to run me over every time you take off. TK me for a tank? Watch out! Any turn you make might be over my soon-to-be dead body.

I never TK back. That's just dumb. If they want to abuse the system to get their way, abuse it right back to get yours.

This only counts if you *intentionally* tk me. If I run across the airstrip and you're taking off and run my dumb ass over, it's my fault, and I'm sorry you had to lose points on account of my stupidity.

yeah i was palying the other day and i got in the heli as gunner and the pilot obviously wanted his mate in with him and just kept flying around and around for ages obviously trying to make me get out so ithought **** him im not getting out.

His mate was below us and eventually blew us both up so when i repspoawned i knifed them both as they were waiting for the chopper again then i 203'd him again from a distanc elater on but i then got autokicked but it was worth it :)

like I said if it gets out of hand Ill create a new account and i did say I try to get them kicked but I sure as heck aint gonna ruin my stats to please you. i do not have the time to chase these b@stards down. Do not make me out to be the bad guy here I am just trying to avoid the situation. Keep in mind that I am not the one who is tking you!

I couldn't punish on the server I was using because they have that turned off. It just ****es me off that they would do that. In real life I would beat the snot out of them but since I can't I act on my anger by killing them back. It feels great to kill a dumb b*tch who thinks nothing of teamkilling for a vehicle.
