3DMark05 score goes from 5500 to 3800???

Its only been a few weeks since I was getting over 5500, now its dropped to around 3800?? Havn't changed anything apart from the usual - updated nVidia drivers, chipset drivers...

system spec -
Pentium D 840 3.2
1Gb RAM
320Gb RAID HD
nVidia Geforce 6800
Creative Audigy 2ZS
XP Pro
must I say its a Dell 9100:laugh:
Didnt think that drivers etc would make such a difference- BF2 runs the same as before
Any ideas?

it's the new windows update... it was doing the same for me on a smaller scale though about a 50 point variaty

but dont pay attention to the score mate, if you can play well it's all good and dell just sux.... i almost bought that 9100 dell though ^^
