ive yet to see that or to try it would be funny to see someone get killed by a grappling hook

never seen that before, but I am shure you can't kil someone by trowing the graple hook towards him, I thing he picked up the graple hook while some enemy was on it, so he fell down and broke a leg

Yeah I have never seen it "yet" but I'd say what rombaft said is what happened. Someone picked up the grappling hook whilst he was on it and he fell to his death.

A little OT but: I acctually managed to tk 3 guys coming down the zip-line, by just parking the car where the zip-line was attached to the ground. It was a night map so I had no chance to see the line. It sure was a LOL moment, for me and for them.

According to my stats I got killed by a zip-line once myself.
I can't recall when that happened though...

No, that just means that you were once killed while holding the Zip-line crossbow in your hands.
