Re: Booster Packs to be available in stores

how can a topic about how to buy a booster pack can come down to America vs the rest of the world flame war, i never know

keep it civil guys, don't flame each other, calm down, you won't change other people's opinions no matter what you say, and this is not a court so it doesn't matter if you write a 1 page essay about politcs.

        No, it did not.

The United States of America won the civil war against the Confederate States of America.

Ok, here is some info for you all. As snugnads said, war was not declared in vietnam. War was not declared in the Gulf war. War was not delcared for Afganistan or Iraq...unless you count the "war on terrorism" *rolls eyes*. These were all operations, where fighting did occur, but the country was not officially at war with anyone. The last time the United States declared war was during World War 2! Not in the korean war, vietnam, etc, was war ever declared against a nation. They called it war, but it was never authorized by Congress, which is needed to be officially at war with anohter country. I could get very technical with this, but I myself would confuse myself...lol...so I just am going to leave it at that. Basically the president can send troops anywhere he wants to in the world and engage in combat etc, however, unless he can give congress a reason to stay in that combat, he must withdraw the troops in 90 days. I'm sure i may be wrong in some way because someone will take the time to do more research than I did, but I know the last time the USA declared war was during ww2, and I can't vouch for todays crap with Iraq/Afganistan, but I know that otherwise, we haven't gone to official war in a very long time. So who ever said the USA never lost a war is correct. Have we had our asses kicked in operations and such though? well, as you point out, just look at vietnam...

As for the booster pack...who knows if it will come out in stores here in the usa...if its just going to be a code, I feel it'd be kind of a waste...heck it wouldn't be worth the gas to drive to the store if all its going to be is a stupid code to download the program with.

I agree. And I bet if the people that think slavery is ok, were slaves, they wouldn't have that opinion.

                  Actually they werent.

Abraham Lincoln owned farms with slaves still working the lands, even after the Emancipation Proclomation, which was just a snide way of the president trying to earn favor for all the slaves fighting for the CSA. The US was losing the war bad for awhile, and ol "honest" Abe starting pulling stuff out of his ass.

Then the CSA got a dumbass for a general and sent everyone PAST washington DC up to pennsylvania.

                  Who the hell does that?

Ya, the Union was losing to the COnfederate cause of Mcclellan, too damn cautious in battle, and the COnfederates had Jackson and Robert E. Lee, we started winning once we got Grant to become the head of the army. ANd then the chain reaction goes, and then teh SOuth loses.

I said it gently and politely before, but looks like nobody cared.
