On topic, no, I don't rage at the computer.
When I'm frustrated I quickly terminate the application/game that's frustrating me and just sit and hate silently.
I have however thrown a mouse (the infamous early MS intelli explorer, where the soldering would die magically) out of the window for dying on me in the middle of urgent and important work.

LoL I broke a mouse a looooong time ago playing DF1, I haven't done that since. But it sure did feel good, untill I tired to use it. =\

I also had a MS mouse die on me, right where the cord goes into the mouse. Tape only worked for so long before I had to get a new one.

I get pretty ****ed. especially when the server starts lagging. i go nuts and then **** hits the fan... I made the wrong choice of punching my cherry wood desk witch is hard as hell, and ended up ****ing my hand up pretty bad, I've destroyed my mic and a couple other stupid things. There's really no point but i have anger problems...

i could never hit a computer..... i just love these things, as a technitian i can say i've seen allmost all kinds of damage someone can do to a pc hehe (99% of the time its the user fault, and the other 1%i forget cause it happens so rarelly :P)

I get pretty mad sometimes, but most of my stuff just gets worn down. I have duct tape holding my headphones together, I just bought a new joystick because the spring in my other one broke, one of the plastic thingys that elevated my keyboard snapped (ok maybe that one was for anger). I knew one girl that got frustrated because her computer was slow and decided to smack the side of her case. Turns out one of the heads on the hard drive tapped the drive while it was spinning due to the jolt and completely ruined it.

I have gotten so ****ed once, don't remember at what though, that I threw my mouse into the wall so hard it broke apart and made a hole in the dry wall, lol

Never broken any pc parts like that, but ive thrown a hell of alot of ps2- n64- xbox controlers - and i know someone that threw there ps2 at a wall.. thats about it.

I slammed my fist ontop of my mouse and it flew apart I tried to put it back together but I couldnt find the wheel. So now I dont have a wheel on my mouse. oops. I couldnt hit my keyboard though, it is attached to my laptop. hehe

i would never break anything that i use from my computer, nothing is free, and i dont feel like paying for something when i already have it to start with, and i would never, ever, ever destroy my mx518, even after i eat, i wash my hands to make sure my mouse or keyboard dont get greasy and nasty.

back in the 42 days I smashed my mouse once. But with the constant barage of noob tubes and arty drops in karkand, I've been getting a little tense as of late. I cant wait for the patch. Noob Tubing jerkoffs

Not during a game, but I had a Wireless Keyboard die on me 1 day after I recieved it, and the manufacturer told me that because of a shipping error, the part is no longer under warranty. Since I was going to buy a new one anyways I decided to take out my Anger for belkin out on my Keyboard. I had fun

LMAO I love these topics. I try to stay calm, but it doesn't always work. Although admittedly, when I'm miffed at BF2 it isn't because I'm sucking or getting pwned, it's usually because it's laggy as hell (like I prone and zoom, then go to stand back up only it won't let me, and it won't let me zoom out so I stand there getting hacked on by the enemies instead of retreating to safety, etc.) or Comcast is making it so my ping sucks. The only time I got that ticked off I ended up smashing the numeric keypad repeatedly with my fist until half of the keys popped out. I didn't even know they could pop out by bashing them in, but I guess you learn something new everyday, yeah?

But seriously these topics crack me up. Probably because I like to take it from a third person point-of-view. I mean, so you get incensed at the game and chuck your keyboard out the window in a fit of rage. Well imagine if you were instead out on the street walking your dog and all of a sudden you hear 10 solid seconds of Navy-calibre profanity followed by a keyboard sailing out the window. Thinking about it from an outsider's point of view makes me really get a laugh out of these stories. Almost a, 'What if my day were an episode of Seinfeld' type thing. :p
