UK / Europe - decent servers and teamplay

I usually end up playing on EA UK servers (based in UK) which can have their moments but usually are a free for all, with many unassigned players and half full squads with no real focus on teamplay. I logged on to an EA server the other day, the team had 9 squads: 7 were had 1 person in them, 1 was full and the other was locked and had 2 in it. The game is so much better when you get on a server with decent squads and a willingness to work together and I'm getting frustrated with the EA servers.

So, can anybody out there recommend decent servers (based in UK/EU) where my clanmates and I can get a decent game going?

I tend to check out the tags of people playing first and if I see several clans playing then it kind of suggests that there may be more teamplay involved.

If you have a clan, why not get together and rent a server ?
At least look into it. TBH mate thats probably you're best route if you want to escape the idiots. At least your clan will all be admins

I play Desert Rats and SAS quite a bit and you can get some excellent squads but you still get quite a lot of lone wolfers as well. I don't like [PTG] as you get lots of stat hungry people playing on city maps.

I'll try the others you have mentioned though as I often have trouble finding good teamwork as well.

To the OP - if you do play on SAS watch out for a clan called VOM - they teamkill for vehicles all the time but if you join their squad they are actually OK and use VOIP!
