patch 1.02

Just downloaded 1.02 with hotfix 2 from ea website, thinking it was the latest patch(1.2).

Now i know different, can anyone explain what this patch does. I thought the last major patch was 1.12. I don`t notice any difference with this patch, was only 16 meg????????

1.02 is a hotfix for the first patch released (1.01). It takes care of a memory leak that the first patch caused.

1.02 with hotfix was for the server side memory leak, you will need to re-install the 1.12 patch

Thats an hour of my playing time down the drain.

You would think they took the old patches of the site. especially as 1.12 is the latest. With 1.2 forthcoming.

Actually I hate it when companies make old patches unavailable. Sometimes people want to use old patches or just install them for comparison. They should move the old patches to an 'archive' area though.
