Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
My Friend just recently bought a second copy of BF2 for his wife so she could play with us. He has an issue with connecting to the same server as her and vice-versa. the server will boot one of the two out of the server and gives (Could not connect) error. similar to a full server kick message. we've tried everything we can think of to get this resolved but were out of ideas. any help would be great!! THANKS!!
Another thing to try, and only a suggestion: try opening up port 15657 (default BF2 port) on the router, it's normally under "port triggering".
This is normally done if you want to host a server behind a router, but as mentioned, it's only a suggestion.
Have you tried playing on seperate servers at the same time? Logging into a seperate account simultaneously? One person connect to one server, and the other person connects to a completely different server. If this works wihout any problems, then I would think as the previous comment suggested, try to upgrade your router; make certain to back up the router's config before you do, in case you have specific account and/or trigerring/forwarding configurations.
Hey guys, I'm the dude with the networking issues. I actually went out and bought a whole new router in an attempt to solve this (my old one is getting up in age anyhow) and I've still got the same damn issue.
My wife and I can both connect to separate accounts in BF2 and play on separate servers just fine, but we're absolutely incapable of connecting to the same server no matter what I've tried.
I've been screwing around with router settings trying to test things out and nothing seems to help.
I'm stumped. The real ****er seems to be that I'm the only schmuck on the entire internet with this problem too.
