Hey guys. I just installed my my new sound card. The X-Fi Fatal1ty. I was excited to see what ultra high sound setting sounded like in BF2 but it will only let me go to high. ??? Is there a setting I missed somewhere that I forgot to check?

Re: Ultra High
Yes, you need to download the latest driver from Creative. Install that, then go in-game set it to high, hit save. Exit the game. Goto the .../My Documents/Battlefield 2/cache and clear that out, then re-enter the game, put it on ultra high, and hit save.
Walla Ultra High, and welcome to the land of hearing things. I own the X-Fi FPS, and I came from an Audigy2 ZS those who say there isn't a difference are obviously deaf. -

2 things. The only folder I see under the target field you gave me is logocache. 2nd if this is the folder you are talking about when you mean clear that out do you mean delete everything in this folder?Originally posted by Shoot2KillYes, you need to download the latest driver from Creative.
