I'll admit I've statpadded, only once intentionally, to get the expert knife badge after weeks of failure. Other times I've done it unintentionally. This one time me and my squad were at Karkand heading to the suburbs. Well three of us(myself included) get into the pool as an APC falls in with us. Well I figured I'd revive my fallen comrades in hopes that they could escape, never did, we all got killed but at least the APC was stuck.

i was on karkand the other day, that was long time ago, i believe it was after the first patch came out, before i joined BSF. the server was semi full, with 10 players on each team i think. i have a habit of smoking at midnight, especially after some intensive gaming. cuz at that time, the round was about to end, 50 tickets left maybe, so i left it as afk, and went outside for a smoke. when i came back, it was a new round. at first i didnt know anything, but afterwards i noticed my worst enemy had been changed to a new guy. so i checked my stats on BF2s right away, i saw that he killed me like 64 times. u cant imagine how frustrated i was, cuz i take stats seriously (yes flame me), i play for stats. i even called my friend telling him about that.

if u ask me how i got that fav victim, yes i padded for expert explosive badge. I'm not afraid to say it.

Please stop the "z0mg your a stat padder bandwagon". He is merely providing a poll, whether he did or not, or whether who did or not, this a thread to discuss if you've ever stat padded for an award, not a thread of accusations. And for my definition of stat padding:

Based on the community - Padding can be summarised in various ways.

Padding type A) - Can be descirbed as getting cheap and or easy kills, doing things the easy way eg. Spawn killing, Medic Whoring, Ammo tossing, Tank whoring / camping, C4 tossing ect. Exploiting the GL can fit into this category.

Padding type B) - Intentionally finding members of the other team and killing them and reviving them in order for both parties to receive points.

Padding type C) - Similar to A but doing it in a viable way eg. Making everyone throw grenades so you ressuply them, injuring people on purpose eg. With Pistol and then throwing medic packs, running over people with cars and jumping out before you hit them, only to revive them.

No I didn't, I don't and will not do that....as you can see in my stats(Chez_5), man I play for fun, and the badges/ribbons are recomended to me just for a matter of the kits I play most of the time...Look here... just yesterday I got the knife one:» on Sharqi just because I got pis**d with some guys that were making a laugh about the MEC on top of a building..no one could see them, so I got the US chopper, went as high as I could and parachute just right behind the F***ers, and was able to go prone, ask for artillery, kill 8 with the knife(There were just about 12 guys up there, and NO!!!NO MEC commander assets), jumped out of it and by the time they start shooting...I don't Kite remember it but...it looked like some strange metal rain....boom...boom...boom....l00l n00bs...

hours played? i've played for 661 hours, and you've played for 610 hours and u still get more pts than i do, what's so special about that?

as i said, i dont lie on this subject, there's no point to do so. it's not like i commited a crime or something.

i told u, i padded for expert explosive badge, cuz i was tired of tking and getting myself killed by C4'ing others on karkand. that's how i got that fav victim.

if i wanted to pad for every single badge, i would have got expert pistol long time ago.
