Well iut looks to me like he was able to keep his unlocks and all that junk because he has 0 points but still has all ribbons and that stuff.
Weird, and also how do you know it is the same person and not someone with a similar name... I might sound stupid but i never knew what his exact name was.

See theres a cheat though to get all the weapons. You go to an area after u unzip th file and go in to weapon unlocks and change all 0's to 1's

and vola or somthing like that but watever

That only worked in old patches, and even then only on single player.

I dont know for sure, but if you played with the modified file PB will ban you for hacking, even though it doesn't change anything in game.

LOL he got owned...and btw you keep all of your awards when your stats are reset. When Nexar got his reset he kept all of his awards. In fact, check his stats right now. He hasn't met any of the requirements for the Navy Cross, but he still has it.
