Problems when Installing

I need help! When im installing my game it stop installing right after I put the second cd in. It stops when it is downloading the map Fu_She. It isnt the disc its the second one I bought. So it must be my computer. Does anyone know why it stops downloading on the Fu_she pass? If you do can you please tell me how to fix it? im desperate plz

System specs please. Inspect your cd. Turn off ALL background programs. Make sure you have enough HD space. Make sure you have enough ram.

i closed that thing out before i started installing

No its the 2nd disk i bought both get stuck on downloading the Fu_She pass map
