another texture glitch

ok i have checked the forum about grafic glitch but most are about the disapearing texture or those that have overheating card but this is not my problem as i have no problem in other game such as farcry or cod2, since an image is worth a 1000 word here is what i get

also from time to time the ground texture are going to become all bright like if i would have raised the brightness by 50%

Your card running Far Cry or CoD2 without problems doesn´t mean your card isn´t faulty. It could very well be the case that only BF2 uses so much memory that a faulty portion (or an overheated portion) is used, which isn´t used by other games.
I´d recommend installing new (or old) drivers and checking if it gets better. Also, check your card for heat problems/dust.

ok here is the clean set up and no there is no dust on it as i clean it with air spray about ounce 4 to 8 day depending on if i see some dust or not, the computer itself is running caseless on a lexan shelf, so overheating because of the case ventilation is not a problem.
as for why i think the card is not faulty well it runs farcry with out lag in 1280x1024 all at high with 4xaa and cod2, quake4, doom3, reddick butchers bay in 1024x768 all at high 4xaa (yes doom3 is a bit laggy at those setting), it as also no problem running 3dm2k1, 3dm2k3, 3dm2k5 at default and it also presents no glitch when testing it with "DX9 Real-Time High-Dynamic Range Image-Based Lighting", in case you dont know that app check here, with test setting at high
as for my setup sorry i should have posted this in the first post, my mistake, so here it is:
Athlon64 3000+@2.34ghz(goes up to 2.65 the zalman cooler but shows certain problem after a few hour but as been stable at 2.34 running prime95 and "Real-Time High-Dynamic Range Image-Based Lighting" at the same time for 48hr and was still not showing bug at 48hr) with Zalman Al-Cu flower heatsink
2gig pc3200 @ 230, shows difficulty @ 240 but is stable and without error @ 230 after running Memtest 86+

XfX 6600gt as i am telling you i have not seen any glitch with it under no other game or benchmark as shown small artifact @ 620/1160 (thats without ramsink) but runs without any error reported by artifact testing software @ 600/1100 (thats without ramsink but as now some copper ramsink) the Gpu as a Zalman Al-Cu heatsink wich is cooled down by a 120mm fan
and last i run winxp pro and winxp 64 on the machine i have not yet tested the game under winxp 64
as for driver i must admit i have only used the latest 81.95, 81.97 and 82.12 official and i have not tested any other driver with the card i will try soon the new 82.65 and yes before you ask i take care to use a driver cleaner each time i erase the driver to install new one aside from that 120gig, 160gig and 40gig harddrive and dvd burner and its starting to snow outside

lol just realized that i had forgotten about something Bf2 is patch with 1.12

yeah well i did it yesterday before going asleep but i havent tryed bf2 again since i went to bed will try today

ok well i tryed reinstalling the driver and guess what its still there the same bug well no the same but similar so anyway i tought well here is a good reason to upgrade (how pathetic can i be) so i went and bought a msi 6800gt with 256mb of ram and guess what ta-da-da i still have the weird texture problem so i guess that rules out the 6600gt so i guess i am going to screen the whole computer to reinstall bf2 and make sure all file all over the computer are erased and so is the reg entry and if that doesnt go well, well, i dont know i need a clue here
