Water Splashes

Hey, when i shoot any water in bf2 and bf-spec forces there is no sprite for when the water sprays up, i was wondering if anyone know hows to fix this problem by getting it back? ive uninstalled everything and reinstalled, ive got a 3GHz CPU, 3 gig of ram, 6600GT vid card and sblive! sound card. someone please help me??? thx =)

Water in SF generally doesn't splash. After the 1.12, some waters don't splash in BF2 either. It's the patch.
