Keep this cleaned out and you should notice a boost in performance. Worked for me after a series of CTD / computer restart problems.
How does one keep this cleared i deleted every folder in there but when i ran the game it did the shaders optimaztion one more time then when it went to load the game it was a blue screen only.
I could hear sound but nothing else is there a way or a correct way to clear out the Cache that post was rather vague at best i read on here.
