I hope someone gives you an answer because for some reason, the search functionality on this forum is pretty pathetic. I don't even bother using it anymore and I just page thru the threads.

    I'm with you chief.

yea it usually comes up with alot of non-related topics regarding the searched keywords.

to answer the original question, yes there's a way to search for your own threads. click on ur name in any thread that you have posted, then go to "find more posts".

or u can go to ur profile page, there's a direct link which searches for the threads started by yourself.

under Thread Tools at the topic start, there's an option for "Subscribe to Thread." it's not exactly what you're looking for, but it will notify you each time a reply has been made to that topic.

or just click "search" and look under the typing box it says "advanced search" click that and than the box on the left says "search by username" write yoru name in that. and it also gives you the option of looking for posts made by you or threads started by you.
            Hope it helps,Punisher
