What? Proning takes time now? Awesome! Insta-proning is something I never liked about BF2 from the beginning. At least now, crouching will have an advantage time-wise over going prone.

BTW, is there a way I can get this file in a format other than .rar?

The problem with beefing up the AA, is that it is already hard enough to be a helicopter pilot and not get owned on maps like Oman, where there is a Stinger ever 500 yards on the beach.

Solution: don't fly where three AA sites have a clear shot at you. ;p

Believe me, I share your concern that AA missiles might become too effective (if that's possible), but they've been so ridiculously prone to miss even slow-moving targets that they needed a boost.
