Battlefield recorder bookmarks/demos not showing up

If you have too many battlefield recorder bookmarks listed in your profiles no SF ones will show up unless you delete all your old ones form Bf2.

If you have too many demo files listed then once you download them in SF they wont display until you remove all your old bf2 demo files.

the only problem i got is that the server says it's bookmarked and than i go download it and i get a server error

That isn't a bug though...the person responsible for the server has not set up the bf recorder download directory correctly and thats why you get that error.
