Ok guys this is simply a case of "too good to be true"
This is a 385W PSU, made by Orion Products, is has been mis-advertised as a 585Watt PSU. Even on HEC's site the wattage is not listed. I just talked to a marketing dude at HEC, he apologized for the misunderstanding and said he would rectify it.

Actually, on the link you posted, if you scroll to the bottom you'll see the rail outputs - and to the right there it says 585W.
Weird stuff, especially after what "the marketing dude" told you! Most likely a company to be wary of

Actually, just to play around I called that company again! and mentioned about the 385 W info that was given!
They guy said......... that he was mistakenly reffering to another PSU of 400 or 480 something watts!

Anyways.. im cool w/ mine! smoooooth!

BUT I STILL NEED A HARD DRIVEEEEEEEEEE!!

the last one i started ended up in me being flamed by lots of none beleviers.
so ill just say get a psu with good amparage lots of watts,and be sure it has
Electrical Protection:
Over Voltage Protection Circuitry.
Over Current Protection Circuitry.
Short Circuit Protection Circuitry.
most new ones do,but be sure to check..
im thinking of buying this one very soon looks good for the bucks.

Well that is great Mr. 3dMark05 = 8535, but if you read my earlier post you would have seen that I wasn't aiming this thread at you. Like I said earlier, I have a $180 Sintek 600W PSU, I am a hardware snob. Most hardware doesn't pass my whiff test. You are like that too. However there are people out there who need an inexpensive PSU because they are teenagers or college students who cannot afford the nicer gear. DO YOU UNDERSTAND NOW NORTON?

Yes, indeed. But there are plenty out there in the $20 - $40 range I would put in my rig, that however is not one of them. There are plenty well made, budget PSUs out there, but like I said, that is not one of them.
