Name and shame - Mastercarz [JOGL]

Just a quick one, I'd like to draw this guy to the attention of the community. He's a shameless "TKer for vehicles", repeatedly killing myself and others for helicopters & tanks.

I've got screenshot evidence but since the screenies usually also show a fairly vehement curse from myself (*ahem*) I'll not post them on a public forum :)

So if you see him, beware.

Is there anywhere we can report him?

This will probably end up in the fault as this is not the place to report them, I've come across and made threads about horrible clans that ruin the game for everyone and have done this numerous times, the Best you can do it contact the server admin and get them banned, otherwise we can't do much unless they're stat padding or something.
