Great turtorial it helped me a lot! But... Everytime I start a demo up with Battlelauncher, before the map loads my game crashes. ?

Could it be something to do with the sign "&" ?

I might add that there seems to be a problem with demos recorded with the auto-record feature on servers. People can't always play them.

I have made a small sample video of what Battlelauncher can do.

The video was made on an AMD 2500+ system, using an ATI 9800PRO video card and 1.5 gigs ram.
The video settings are all set to high, AA 4x and resolution 1600x1200.

Of course there is no way I could run the game at those settings. Watch and see what Battlelauncher was able to produce using this system.

Dude, great video. I was in-demo recording my BF2 videos with FRAPs, but this seems to be a lot more precise way that includes more eye candy. Thanks, I'll try it out!

I got it from the BL website.... Newest version 1.2...

I meant the demo, is it a recent demo made since the latest patch came out? Any demos that were recorded on previous versions of the game will not play.
If you go to Gotfrag you will find lots of demos, just make sure they were posted after that last was released.
