Ok this has happenes to when I try to join any server...when I load in, the the second I get in I get this message from PB "You have been permanently banned from this game server via punkbuster ... GLOBAL GUID BAN a44a18dc"

I have contacted PB this was their response: "The GUID you supplied was logged using a cheat that tried to prevent
detection by PB. The method used is considered by us to interfere with
the way PB is designed to work, therefore violating our EULA.

If you were not cheating, then someone was either using your computer
or your CD key and was caught.

Either way, your GUID was used to try to hack on PB servers and it is
now permanently banned. You may still play on non-PB servers as our
bans only apply to servers with PunkBuster enabled."

I was not cheating, but punkbuster says I was...anyway to be able to play PB servers again? If I buy a new cd will it let me play without being banned? I have tried reinstalling twice now, no luck.

Ouch, that is harsh.

I don't know what to say...Maybe you modified original files and then tried to play online and it screwed you up?

If you'll buy a new game/new CD-Key, it will let you play...if not, contact PB again.

Keep with them on it, call them 5 times a day if you have too. They have to prove you cheated, and they should have proof. If they don't, they HAVE to lift the ban. Contact EA games about the situation, explain everything! If that still doesn't work, see how far you can go up the food chain in PB, it may take awhile, but eventually you can talk to someone concerning the obvious mistake. Granted, this is based on you NOT cheating. If you cheated, or changed anything that you are not supposed too, suck it up.
