I was in a server today for about 3 hours when i was banned.. due to team killing.. i think it was becuase i kept doing so well. or the admin got frustrated with me becuase i was killing him alot.. either way it was not for team killing.. i think i had maybe 3 team kills, all accidental in the 3 hours i played in there.

This program is supposed to be something repectful and handled in a professional manner not by some kids who doesnt want people in his server that play well.. i think this is begining to show bad trates if this continues.


you may want to put a message to the server opperators not to do this as it will discourage players form playing inthese servers

It happens...bottom line! Ive been kicked for similar things but the thing is you did say it yourself

in my experience most server admins are good, they dont mind taking a beastin so long as you do it fairly, i mean there not going to get any better if they all just kick anyone whose better than them are they. If you notice a server admin is a little touchy find another server , its that or let him kill you to inflate his gamer-ego heheh :laugh:

what does this have anything to do with the clan? that server doesn't belong us (the clan) and i have no idea whose server it is.

i emailed ea/dice a suggestion that can filter out the bad servers by just filling out a little info about the server you played in. Such pre-comments can be like "Great Session" "Admin abuse" "Stat padding", stuff along those lines. Once there is a good deal of complaints, that server is then on a filter, off by default, that filters out the "corrupt" servers.

Something along the lines of that, it does not have to be exact, but i know there could be something to warn other users about this so they dont have to wait through the loading time just to get kicked becasue you "stole" the admins helicopter.

You do realize that the "Kicked for excessive teamkilling" message is given or many reason, such as to make room for an admin, high ping, etc...you usually only get a specific reason when an admin actually opens the console and types it in, or takes the time to make auto kick messages, if not, I believe the default is excessive tking. I've been kicked for high ping, and got teh PB TK message a few times, even idle kicks.

Yeah I've learned that it was a default message. It's really dumb though because until I came on here, I thought I was being unfairly booted. Some communication would be nice =P

excessive TK is one of the few kick/ban reasons that BF2CC admin program comes default with. thats why you see it so much. the admins are kicking you from BF2CC.

Thats nothing I got banned from a server for no reason. I got TK'd so I complained about it, and I GOT BANNED!

Which reminds US_Hammer Division, never play there.

You got auto banned. Default setting for tkpunish is 3. So if you get 3 tk's which all 3 you get punished, guess what happens? Auto ban. I would bet my left nut a human admin didn't ban you. You need to blame DICE/EA for the inbuilt punish system and no one else.

Also you will find you were probably only auto banned for a round.

This happens to everyone at some stage, so get over it, its only a game and that is an inbuilt feature so EA servers don't need a human admin to take care of tk'ers.
