      Re: Noob days.

I was a noob when i first started because i had never played 42 before. I shot tanks with guns, tried to cap uncappable bases, shot team mates to see what happens, and crash helis into friendly vehicles to test out the physics... and much more.

I didnt do a lot of noob stuff, but the best one was when I first got the game a played a single player game at Oman and I was trying to figure out how to operate the artillery guns.. kept pressing E but nothing would happen... good ol' days

I had that thought myself as apossed to the Flack Cannon In 1942 (wich took some skill) but still to this day all i can seem to do and even if i lead them is shoot down my team mates

I didn't know the key for the parachute, so when I was in a BH and it got damaged and we all bailed out, eeryone else's chute pops and I am frantically mashing buttons on my keyboard and mouse only to fall to my death. Who would have thought it was the obscure "9" key.

I remember when I was a noob. I was on Kubra Damn and went down to find the MEC artillery and I was MEC but I didn't know it was friendly artillery. I destroyed all of the arty then it started saying " Team vehicle damage". I was like, " Team Vehicle Damage? Must mean I'm doing a good job.!" Sad

Another one was when I couldn't recognize USMC from the enemy because I wasn't used to it and killed alot of my own guys. Luckily, I had been watching gameplay videos and knew what to do and stuff so I wasn't that noobish but a sad player in terms of how good you are. I am now much better but my KD ratio still suks.

When I first started playing I would alway run up to tanks and try to throw grenades inside. Never worked.:laugh2: Then I found out about C4, and well, that changed.

Ah, the good old demo days :)

hmmmm lets see, one stupid thing I did was try to fly jets and choppers in F10 view :P Thats the only really stupid thing I did, not bad considering I've never played any of the other Battlefield games before

I thought AT mines were no problem if the treads/wheels of my vehicles wouldn't touch them. Well, not quite true.
I tried countless times to glue c4 to enemy players standing still.
I thought I had to knife people in the back to kill with one hit.

I had that problem with the c4 too, thought it would be a great idea to stick one on somebody and let him go back to base, never worked.....
