Will the patch fix rank problems

Sorry if this has been discussed, but I haven't been able to find info on it, or in the official patch release info. I wasn't promoted to First Sergeant because of the bug and I was wondering if anyone know if the patch was going to fix this?

since i wasnt promoted either from this bug, I know a lot about it. I know that for those of us that were not promoted and should be, you are just tough out of luck. They did fix it, about a week after the patch (1.03) came out. However, for those that had already been promoted, you were stuck at that rank...so if you are a master sgt and should be 1st sgt, sorry...you have to wait till sgt major

You aren't a spammer AO, I've read several of your posts. You my friend are afflicted with that littel disease called common sense. It's a shame their is no cure for it...Learning to live with it is the first step...
The joke= Rank in orig post refers to military rank...Gimp drew a similarity with the term "rank" or to smell of feces...
