A new ranked server not updating medals,badges or global score?

My clan has just invested in a new 64 man BF2 vanilla server, and it has proven to be quite popular with an average 60 players at peak times.

The server is ranked, and you can earn the medals, badges and patches on it, it also comes up with 'you have been reccomended for an award'.. but the things you have earned do not show up in BFHQ. Three days later since I got my first medal on the server and still its not updated, and things Ive won afterwards on other servers have updated.

The other thing is, maybe 1 in 100 kills shows as an enemy, but when you kill the opponent it counts as a TK.

The server is hosted on a Jolt server, IP 195.149.21.128

Could someone have a look and tell me what they think?

For anyone who is interested, the reason for this was our server host failed to submit our IP to EA's ranking system.

Once the IP resolves, so should the matter.
