Local (Lan) dedicated rank server without internet connection

I want to create rank dedicated server without connection to the Internet, i.e. LAN
    I have looked a site bf2scripts.com
They create the emulator alternative-rank server
I want to make same (medals, ranks, unlocks etc.), but for LAN games, i.e. without Internet connection.
    How ?

Well you should know that it wont be reporting the stats to the official server. So nothing you acheive (ranks, medals, points, badges, awards) will ever actually show up.

If your soul purpose is just using global unlocks, then there is a script out where you can change the server that BF2 looks at for unlock information, so you can have all the unlocks available.

If you want to run a LAN and collect stats on just local players, i think that would be a really cool idea but i cant say how easy it would be. I think you will have to be proficient in Perl among other things.

That won't ever exist because 1) You have to send the actual data somewhere, right? and 2) Stat padding will be waaaay to easy.

http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~bf42play...showtopic=2925 (I've downloaded the components for this but haven't actually built the server.)

Yes, it already exists. 1) The place you send the stats is to your own stat server. 2) Who cares if you pad the stats on your own server? It has no connection to EA's stats server.
