Normal for a 7800gt?

Just wondering if my frame rates seem right. I play on high everything, except for antialiasing (none), lighting (medium) and dynamic shadows (medium). This is with 1280x1024 resolution.
On Karkand with 64 players it is usually around 40 0r 50 fps but often drops to 30 in some areas, especially at the southernmost capturable flag. On Sharqi in a 64 player room, the fps rarely goes above 40.
specs:
Intel P4 650 @ stock speed (3.4 ghz)
Intel 945pvs motherboard
eVGA 7800 gt @ stock speeds (445/1070)
2 gigs of 667 ddr2 ram (1 gig stick and 2x 512 mb sticks)
2 hitachi 76 gb hard drives in RAID 0
Antec Truepower 2.0 480w power supply

edit: oh, and I am using 81.98 driver from Nvidia and the onboard audio

No that seems very low. I get 60-100fps, all high 4xAA.

Hey jimmy Im in Ky too. I believe I found the answer to fixing the Nvidia cards. Read my thread "fixed my game might fix yours" thanks. . . . . .Red

Any ideas on whats wrong? Other gams seem to run normally. I play FEAR at max settings except no antialiasing and no softshadows, same resolution, and the benchmark says I get 60 fps. The Half-Life 2 Lost Coast benchmark gives me 54 fps. I play Half-Life 2 at max settings, with 4x supersampling transparency and gamma correct antialiasing.
