You can use this (see link below) Windows-based memory tester. It obviously won't test all your memory since Windows is loaded, but it is still purportedly an acceptable substitute for good ol' memtest86.

Edit: Just to be clear, I'm not endorsing the above memory tester as I have never used it, nor will I ever (I've been using memtest86 for too many years to trust anything else), but still, from what I've read from others, it's okay.

Edit #2: I just noticed that your link is almost the same as mine. That program is Windows-based, you know. NO need to make a bootable CD. Just unzip and run directly in Windows.

The fewer processes loaded, the more memory tested, so ideally you should do that, but realistically, it won't make much difference.
