Since bunny hopping is overuse why dont we take away points? like a LMG is shooting at u and u bunny hop and you loose -2 points for each rapid bunny hop to dodge the bullets and use the n00b tubes to take him out.

So when a squad of people are coming at me, and I want to run and jump over that nearby object to take cover because I'm out of ammo, I'm going to lose points for saving my butt while trying to get in a position to return fire? Umm....no.
Now, if you lost STAMINA, and when your stamina was low, you got like, half your jump height, THEN you have a working system. No real punishment, and you can still jump and sprint within reason. And you don't have super humans who can jump 50 feet in the air with 50+lbs of equipment on...without getting tired.
