While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
Do you have any proof that the P90 is actually the new AT unlock? I mean, all you've done is simply state that it is. Anyone can do that. Sorry, I just get really suspicious when someone posts a thread about new unlocks like this...
But if it is the P90 I'm really disappointed. I was hoping for either the RPG-7 or an AA unlock.

Well, BFHQ sux, they say that the pistol has low for damage and accuracy, and the smgs have med/low for damage and accuracy, when actually the pistol is a tad more powerful thant eh SMGs and they are a ton more accurate. Anyways, if it is the same as all the other SMGs in accuracy and damage, it still has the most rounds in a mag, it has 50 rounds in a mag, which is better than even teh PP-19.

We knew full well that there'd be no AA unlock. It's simply not part of the game mechanics. The RPG would have been cool, but how would you work the interface? The AT rockets are NOT the AT kit's *primary* weapon. I suppose it could be possible to link the RPG to a particular primary, but then you'd get complaints that you couldn't use an RPG with a DAO.

Personally, I would have loved to have seen the P90 introduced as a spec ops weapon... silenced, of cource.

Well, i'd take the HK53 over the P90, the HK53 should be in there instead of the SCAR-L IMO. THe SCAR-L is inaccurate, and the extra damage still can't make up for the fact that it has horrible accuracy for a carbine.
Well, the MP7 is also kinda good in BF2. It does more damage than the AT SMGs and it is more accurate, the prob is the same prob the G3 has, the 20 round clip doesn't do wonders.
As long as it encourages more people to play AT, I'll be happy. I spent 2 rounds of Karkand with a 16 person team that had *1* medic and *1* AT guy - my friend and I.

I'm curious to see what they do to it in the patch though; it's almost going to be a new gun (less damage, bigger mag, fewer mags, changing RoF).
