I just put a new mobo and 2 sticks of gig RAM in.
Had to reinstall cause I got the "invald CD" message when I just tried to play after upgrades.
So uninstalled, then reinstalled BF, SF and 1.12
SO at full high, which I did before..tho it was terrible I could load at least.
Now on full high I get a crash at 62%, but if I change settings to Med or lower I can play.
Ive tried tweaking Med, so far all i tried was raisng Textures to high, it worked.
So I mean Im getting better performance from upgrading, had to play on full low before.
Also How do I get Bf to fit my screen fully I have like what looks to be black bars on the side, I think its set to 800x600 60hz if that means anything.
Oh yeah spec is.

6800 Vanilla. (Not a GT ) 6800 basic
