Today I have found that this boat is now popular. Named "party boat", it is a point in which there is only one way to get on it. That way is a heli. Grab a heli and parachute to it and you should land if you haven't missed.
Me and a couple of friends grabbed a heli on the CHinese side of wake and just went. We dropped over the boat with our parachutes and landed. We named a squad "PARTY BOAT" and kept calling in supply crates hoping that it would land and would be filled with pizza. Our commander gave us crate after crate as the waters around us were filled with missed supply crates and about 1 or 2 actually landing and staying on the boat. This wrecked boat is good for sniping and AT. I suggest getting a squad leader up there so the boat turns into a spawn point and put some snipers on there, ATs, Medics, Support and a commander that wants to drop crates full of pizzas on you. This is a good spawn point and when artillery hits it seems there is a storm happening all around you. Helis are your worst problem so put ATs up there. The boat has a stairway leading up to the top part of the boat. Spamming ammo packs and MEdic packs are easiest way to stay alive and make sure the squad leader stays alive.
SOme people may have done this before but I find it a well put sniper spot. You can overlook the airfield at its spawn points and when you grab attention, people will try to kill you. Shoot back and its like the boat is a castle. The boat is the best exploit area and easiest explot that I have ever been to.
