Where is every one getting all the battle stats sigs I'm seeing in these forums??? I got one from BF2Tracker.com, but there are some ones in here that are a whole lot better!!!

www.tehsig.com are the best, look at the forums for good themes to work on.
Some basic HTML / php knowledge is great if you want to create own themes on them.
