need advise

Can i program all the vehicle controls soley on my joystick,turret-weapon on the fwd. back left right axis, steering in the twist axis on the stick, accelerator on the slide, fwd. reverse on buttons and ect. I have a partial amputation of my left hand and operating the stick and mouse at the same time is a real pain. Thanks in advance for any intel!

Yes you can but it is very hard.imo at least.
but why would you have to use joystick AND mouse at same time?
for jeeps its the simple W=forward, S=backwards, A=steer left,D=steer right. that is how it is for everything excep the plane(helo is easier with mouse and keyboard.... trust me.lol) and for the joystick just set it up however you want.
btw- you might want to get rid of that avatar you have, having daffy duck screwing some blonde chick isnt exactly what is appreciated here(or any nudity for that matter) and the fact that she is naked is even worse. So my advice is to jujst remove i b4 an admin has to tell you to.
