wake bug???

has any one else had this
when taking off in a plane from the chinees base and you switch to bomb mode the antiaircraft gun on the next base shows with a square on it as if an enemy is sitting in it but if you fly over it low you can see it is empty

No, thats not the bug, the bug is that when you have a bombsight on, and you are looking in a direction where somebody gets out of a PCO, you get the box, I once strafed a jeep that appearently, my team mates just got out of, insta-punish + kick.

The player that was previously occupying it probably jumped out of it before you got there.

And no the AA positon box is not a bug, I have never seen it, And I play A lot of wake

I always get that. When someone gets out of the car or some vehical it shows up as a bomb target, so I bomb it, and there is about 3 of my team mates standing around it. There goes 3 teamkills and sometimes a kick >.< They need to make it so that if no one is in the damn vehical they dont show up as a bomb target.

he's not BS'ing you. As USMC i have strafed this AA gun so many times, the square goes away when you destroy it, but as soon as it comes back the square comes back too.

i've also had it on operation clean sweep where i was bombing an AA site, there was noone near it and the square kept coming back when the stinger respawned

I also see something like this on Cleansweep at the Small Airstrip cp, a square is always on the fixed AT gun.
