I and most of us or actualy everyone does not know when it will come.

But It won't be months away from now, at 8 februari the booster packs are comming and they will or release it before , or release it at the same date, they are never going to release it afterwards because the patch will also be ment to make the booster packs fit into BF2 and also the booster packs will already contain big parts of the patch in it's own code

I'll take a wild guess and say that the first booster pack will include patch just as SF was meant to include a patch also and not have to install another afterwards (it included patch 1.1 but wasn't up to date)
