What i mean is, is this xpack popular, unlike RtR and SW from 1942?

Re: Is this popular?
I disagree. I find lots of full servers all of the time and, frankly, enjoy SF a good deal more than vanilla.Comment

Seconded. It is a great game in its own right, very different from BF2, in a good way.Originally posted by RaftermanI disagree. I find lots of full servers all of the time and, frankly, enjoy SF a good deal more than vanilla.
Some really good maps, lots of new vehicles and weapons, siz new armies, other stuff (
), a bargain I think for a expansion pack.

Re: Is this popular?
didn't those xpacks suk in 1942??? anyways...
SF is awesome, introduces new types of winning(specially on the servers i play on. lots of tickets, 20-30 players, sort of makes you feel like bf2 AA style on a 64 player map.) altough i do hate the performance decrease that comes wit SF, makes flying a chopper inposible... :|:Comment

Re: Is this popular?
I like it alot. I play vanilla as much as I do Sf. The new weapons are cool. The grappling hook is awesome. And the close quarter fire fights are intense at times. Yes the choppers are more sensitive and harder to fly some times but it just takes getting use to it. I think it was worth the money.Comment

I only play SF servers now and there's always enough active SF serves to join. I love the SF maps as a change.

Re: Is this popular?
I am still debating if I should buy sf or not. I like the feel of all the CQC on the city maps in bf2. And it seems that sf is that way becuase of the way you guys describe it. One of the things that bothers me is how everyone says that it has performance issues. I dont know I wish I could try it before I buy it.Comment
