*****ALPHA IS DONE, NOW A NEW PUBLIC BETA*****

BF2 Heightmap Modifier Public Beta

the setup is FIXED (msi installer now)

There are only a few quirks that i know of:

the rendering window is raw math not directx so keep it on low or be WARNED!

you are all beta testers now! so feel free to let me know what else sucks! oh yah and whats cool too.

thanx to token , digitalassasin, rexman & the totalbf2 community.

(old)to implement: more TG & FX functions(*ADDED MORE*) *.msi setup ( *DONE* ).
directx rendering, - Still workin on it

I cancelled installation, cause this installation wanted to overwrite a lot of my files in the windows/system directory. Makes me not trust it.

AS I STATED ABOVE... ... THE FILES ARE FINE!

dont you think the moderators would remove this post if ANYONE had said it was malicious.

I dont apreciate your post, as you are obviously not the type to "check out" an alpha. SO please DONT USE it is not for You!

ANYONE else interested in an "ALPHA" please DO check it out.

and as a last note i would like to say that i have recieved a very small amount of feedback from testers. as i need this info to better accomodate you mappers out there. please tell me what you think "IF YOU HAVE INSTALLED AND USED IT" p.s. this reply seems so reduntant to me. i have said this all before.:laugh:

PLEASE, I have gotten dittly in feedback about this app! I cant "MAKE IT BETTER" unless YOU people tell me what sucks! and whats cool!

PLEASE, I have taken the time to write this for the community, NOW i need the COMMUNITY to take the time for BF2HMM to let me know your OPINIONS! i.e Bugs, Concerns, etc.

P.S. I have a new installshield setup in my newest (not released yet) version, but yall must give me FEEDBACK first, before I will release it!

i recall i gave it a go a little while, ago, it looked pretty good, however, i really did,nt know how to work it, lol, as i said B4 in next release please take the time to out line what your tool can, do and also how step by step, as u made the tool, and u know hows it work, i read the read me file like a dozen times, plus the install, notes need to be looked at,

im not bagging, u, i just asking next time take the time to write up the step by step , and i give it go again,

Is it just a terrain editor or what ? Can you make real maps with it ? It would be cool to have a easy to use map editor.. I dont really like the mod editor
