Hands of death?

Yesterday as I was playing an odd thing happened to me twice: I found that sometimes, if people touched my player character they got hurt. Once I dived down on top of a squadmate and he lost half his health, and another time an enemy spec ops was coming around the corner just as I was reloading my gun, only to mysteriously die when he ran into me - I got the kill for that and I did not shoot him to death.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I've ran into building corners, bounced off and died before(one of the Snoken vids shows this with a fence). Might be related to the same bug.

It is kinda realistic in that department. What I mean is- Next time you are out in a public place, pick someone at random. Run as fast as you can into them. Post here later to let me know what happened.....

So they add realism in something as....minor as this?

I notice this VERY often. Many Many times I sprint into someone, or am just simply following someone and run into them, and I get hurt! I lose at least 1 and a half Health points!

Lol I can recall three times where I parachuted off a building and landed on someone, only to have kill em. Twice I got punished, one time I revived.

i jumped ontop of a tank from a reg roof with c4 in hand, i died and he got a tank kill

Yes, the way Deaths are recorded in BF2 are ****'ed.

IE: Someone fires a pistol round at your helicopter, you guys crash accidentally, and registers the kills to that unsuspectin guy.

IE: someone who fires a pistol round at your helicopter, and if you guys crash accidentally hit a tree, It registers the kills to that unsuspecting uy.

When you bump into people, sometimes ou lose health. Usually when a 64 Karkand starts,on the USMC, everyone sprints down, I lose half my health sometimes like tha because everyones running in the same direction and bumping into you.

Probably because both the enemy and the teamate had like 2 bars of health left.

heh..the joys. I do it myself. Nothing like shooting down a Blackhawk loaded with people with a pistol.

I got credited for two TK's doing that once. Our chopper was upside down headed straight for the ground and I accidently fired one shot from my pistol at it. It was like my finger just spasmed at that moment, clicked the mouse and put me in the red points wise:cry:

Though it was fun taking out a humvee with one burst from my G36E today:evil:
