new ram help?

    new ram help?

    I have 2 slots for ram, current 2x512 and runs the game ok. I was trying to add a 1gig stick to 1 512 and BF2 locks up so I have to manulally shut down the computer. It run everything else fine except BF2. My specs are:

    Intel 2.6
    1 gig ram
    Radeon 9550 256mb

      get another 2 512 sticks i would say... but a gig is fine, unless your gonna be running all HIGH and other programs in the background...
