no reviving

I'm playing Battlefield 2 and Special Forces. Most of the time I'm shooting a pathway for my clan or online players through the frontlines (with my supportkit) and that's why I find myself most of the time in a situation where bullets rain down on me like drops of rain in a thunderstorm. And that's where my problem begins. A lot of medics like to revive me in these situations and as a result I'm being shot down again on the same spot and another 10 precious seconds are waisted.


I think this can be fixed by adding an option (key) which makes it impossible for medics to revive you (after pressing that key). What do you guys think of this?

yes i agree, one time it was like your situation were I was shot, a medic revied me,and that same guy shot me again, so this medic came back and healed me, this happe nfor about ten death finally the medic got shot aswell. So yer an option yer you can choose whetehr you want ot be revied IE: a medic defibs you, and an option comes up like for a Tk punish, Pg up to get back up, Pg down to wait for the resoawn time so you can respawn some where else

Just bring up the spawn-selection screen. You can't be revieved then. correct me if I'm wrong though

Yes if you are looking at the Squads you cant be revived. Spawn selection you can.

when you are revived you need some time to orientate yourself. so sometimes especially at karkand i revive somebody quickly get out of range, see him twisting around and getting shot again, i will then revive him again and most of the times they'll then manage to get behind some kind of cover. some are thankfull for that cause the death isn't counted, some aren't. Medics should only do that if the enemy is far off of cause. other times I'll fight the opponents first and revive afterwards. it's a matter of judgement that comes with expierence.

It is quite funny to revive someone whos in the line of fire from an APC and your not, being round the corner. Revive, Revive, Revive !!! hehehe.

I know its pi$$ing him off, but I cant help but giggle. Plus the points are nice.

Yes, there should be an option for not reviving. I is a pain when you need to change kits (sadly the medic's wont know this)

Yah like at the begining of the round you could check your dude as DNR to block the 3 or 4 times you die and are only brought back to die again
