Levithan doesn't look like it takes place in the middle east

I'm not an expert on geography, but the map "Levithan" doesn't look like it takes place in the middle east at all. Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the kurdish areas the only ones which are really that green? If you have a good monitor and look at the map on the breifing screen, you will see that just about every piece of land that isn't taken up by a man-made object is covered in grass. It looks more like it takes place on the coast of Florida, not on a coast along the Persian Gulf.

Perhaps this map was orignally intended to be on US soil, but then EA changed their minds at the last minute.

i dont think many people put that much thought into the grass as there taking cover from fire...but maybe next time when im crawling around in the dark i will take a soil sample :)

Maybe all the US personell in the base decided to plant some grass to make it seem like they were back in the states :P

Levithan is to dark to see grass.

Not everywhere in the middle east looks the desert - especially in some of the coastal areas.
